AttuneHub ↔ Gorgias
The Gorgias connector links your Gorgias account to your AttuneHub workspace so support conversations flow between both platforms. Your Gorgias tickets stream into AttuneHub as they happen; replies your team (or your AttuneHub AI assistant, always clearly labeled as AI) writes here are posted back onto the same Gorgias ticket. A conversation can be picked up in either tool without ever forking.
1. What you need
- A Gorgias account and your Gorgias subdomain (the
yourcompanyinyourcompany.gorgias.com). We ask for it because Gorgias accounts aren’t discoverable by email. - Admin access to your AttuneHub workspace (the integration lives in Settings and only org admins can turn it on).
2. Connecting
- In AttuneHub, open Settings → Integrations → Gorgias.
- Enter your Gorgias subdomain and choose Connect.
- You’re sent to Gorgias’s own consent screen (OAuth 2.0 — we never see your Gorgias password). Approve the requested access.
- You land back in AttuneHub with the connection active. Recent tickets begin appearing in Threads within a couple of minutes, labeled with their Gorgias origin.

Sync runs on a rolling cursor every one to two minutes. Everything imported stores its Gorgias id, so nothing is ever duplicated, and replies posted from AttuneHub are recorded before the next sync pass — no echo loops.
4. Security & privacy
- Authorization uses OAuth 2.0 with the scopes
openid profile offline tickets:read tickets:write customers:read users:read tags:read satisfaction_survey:read. We request nothing beyond what the sync needs. - Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), never logged, and refreshed automatically via the
offlinescope. - AttuneHub is multi-tenant with isolation enforced at the data layer: your Gorgias data is visible only inside your own workspace, is never shared across workspaces, and is never used to train models.
- AI-written replies are always labeled as AI, in both platforms.
5. Disconnecting
Settings → Integrations → Gorgias → Disconnect. Sync stops immediately and the stored tokens are deleted. Tickets already imported remain in your workspace (they’re your data); nothing further is read from or written to Gorgias. You can also revoke the app from the Gorgias side at any time with the same effect.
